Craving Change®:
Changing our Relationship with Food.

Using evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy methodologies, Craving Change® is tailored to individuals seeking to know why they eat the way they do. This program is especially helpful for those who struggle with emotional eating and cravings.

This program dives deep into our relationship with food, our eating triggers and perspectives within a shared-experience and supportive environment. This new understanding empowers individuals to make the change towards healthier eating habits.

Dietitian led weekly sessions will be one hour in length over four weeks to cover all topics in the program. Activity handouts, tools and resources will be provided after each session to help clients stay on track to achieve sustainable health goals long-term.
